This was my 1st time back since my Dad's passing and it was though years had not passed returning to enjoy this peaceful shop. Listening to the tea recommendations, the aroma, and the kindness of the tea sommelier. Also, each tea purchased has instructions on tea to water ratio, steep temp to minutes, ingredients and flavor notes. I took home three teas to try as a cold brew. It was a perfectly lovely afternoon browsing one of my favorite places. Thank you 🫖

I’ve been coming here since moving to DFW 4 years ago and absolutely love it. Besides it being the only place in DFW where you can find exceptional teas and coffee, the staff and owners are so friendly, warm, inviting, and remember a face making it feel like you’re just hanging out with friends. Everyone’s knowledge on their teas and coffees is exceptional and I leave learning so much more every visit. They provide fresh samples of teas they want to highlight, really opening myself to new flavors and combinations I would’ve never tried otherwise. Can’t recommend this place enough to all my friends!

Went to The Cultured Cup for the first time recently and it was a fantastic experience. David was very friendly and knowledgeable, and dedicated a lot of time helping my novice self select some teas and tea ware that I’ve absolutely loved. I never felt rushed or like I didn’t know enough about tea to be taken seriously. I will absolutely be back to shop more!

This tea spot was exactly what I was looking for as a loose leaf tea lover! It’s a small location with an abundance of loose leaf teas available by the ounce. During my quick trip there I learned that every Saturday there’s a tea tasting and a private one can be scheduled so you can learn more about every tea that you try. There’s so many tea options to choose from! From white tea, green tea, oolong, dark tea and pu’ur teas. And from all over the world! I went in on a quieter weekday and was able to talk to Shawn (sp?) about what my tea preferences were, what types they had in stock and how each tea was sourced, created, etc. It was a lovely first experience and I left with four teas that I personally got to smell and pick out thanks to Shawn’s guidance. I’ll absolutely be back and will be booking a private tea tasting for my husband and I!

Went to the store not thinking too much of it. Wasn’t planning on buying anything. I was quickly greeted by someone and was able to ask a question. He quickly invited me to smell a tea I was interested in and it was such a good smells! The teas are quality, the leafs are full and tastes amazing The employees was also really knowledgeable, I asked for something closer to a specific oolong and he was able to give me 4 different teas that would fit. I bought one and it’s exactly what I wanted (see the picture)
